HEAD WAITER @ OUTSTANDING -SOLUTIONS
Outstanding Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Waiter to join a premier hospitality establishment located in Tarangire. This role is pivotal in leading the front-of-house service, ensuring that every meal, bar service, and unique dining experience—including sundowners and bush dining—is executed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating warm, memorable, and highly personalized interactions for guests, contributing to an exceptional safari atmosphere.
In addition to direct service, the Head Waiter will supervise and train the service staff to maintain consistent quality across all touchpoints. You will work closely with the kitchen and lodge teams to ensure a seamless flow of service and impeccable presentation. This position is exclusively open to Tanzanian applicants who possess a strong background in boutique hotels or safari camps, offering an opportunity to showcase leadership and hospitality expertise in one of the world's most iconic wildlife environments.

Key Requirements
Fluency in Swahili and English is essential for effective guest communication.
Proven experience in hospitality service, ideally in a lodge, safari camp, or boutique hotel.
Strong knowledge of cocktails and mocktails, including preparation and presentation.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a front-of-house team.
Good understanding of guest service standards, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Ability to coordinate with kitchen and lodge teams for smooth service flow.
Experience in leading front of house service including meals and bar service.
Capability to curate personalized guest experiences and memorable interactions.
Expertise in managing sundowners and bush dining experiences for high-end clients.
Commitment to training and supporting service staff to maintain high quality standards.
