Outstanding Solutions is recruiting a Chef de Partie for an urgent role in the Serengeti. This position involves taking responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and cooked according to the established recipes and quality standards. You will supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants, ensuring that your station operates efficiently during busy service periods. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of professional cooking techniques and a commitment to food safety and hygiene. You will work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. This role requires a high degree of organization, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a passion for working in a unique and remote hospitality environment within the Serengeti region.
