CHEF DE PARTIE @ OUTSTANDING SOLUTIONS
Outstanding Solutions is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to work with a client based in the Serengeti. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes leaving your station are of the highest quality and consistently prepared according to established recipes. This is a hands-on position that requires a high level of technical skill and a passion for culinary excellence in a remote safari lodge setting.
You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to coordinate service and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chef de Partie role
Proficiency in a specific kitchen section such as pastry, grill, or sauces
Demonstrated ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
Valid certification in food safety and handling
High level of physical stamina for long kitchen shifts
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Deep passion for culinary arts and professional growth
Ability to adapt to living and working in a remote location
Strong team collaboration skills and a positive attitude
