Omnivoltaic Tanzania is hiring a dynamic POS-Stations Supervisor for its field-based, multi-site operations across Tanzania. This role is crucial for overseeing the performance and operational efficiency of multiple Point-of-Sale (POS) stations. The supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating field teams, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high standards of customer service at each location. This position requires a hands-on approach, involving frequent travel to various sites to conduct audits, provide training, and resolve operational challenges. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's reach and ensuring consistent brand representation across all retail touchpoints. The POS-Stations Supervisor will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing performance data, generating reports, and implementing strategies to improve sales and operational effectiveness.
