As a key member of our organization, you will represent the Nyati Cement brand, engaging with clients and partners across the construction and manufacturing sector in Tanzania. This role is perfect for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our high-quality cement products, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our production and distribution teams to ensure the timely delivery of goods. This position requires someone with a strong technical background who can communicate effectively with engineers and construction professionals to drive sales growth.

Key Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Science or Civil Engineering.
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess a positive attitude and a clear desire for professional growth.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
Basic understanding of the construction and cement supply chain.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Willingness to travel to construction sites and client locations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Fresh graduate status (recent degree completion).
