ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT @ NPM PROJECTS
NPM Projects is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office environment. This role involves managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining essential records to support our project teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, preparing reports, and assisting with various administrative projects as required. Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
