Nnshera is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven female Office Manager to be based in Dar es Salaam. In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, overseeing daily office administration and supporting executive operations. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential correspondence while ensuring effective communication across all departments and branches.
Beyond administrative support, you will play a key role in enforcing company policies, managing front office standards, and assisting with HR activities such as staff records and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a Master's degree holder who thrives under pressure and can maintain high standards of integrity and reliability. Your efforts will ensure that the office operates efficiently and that management receives timely, accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.
