SALES PERSON @ NIAJIRI
Niajiri is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Person to join our wholesale clothing team. The primary focus of this role is to identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities, expand our market reach, and ensure our clothing products are well-represented across major markets. You will be responsible for visiting wholesale clothing hubs, engaging with potential clients, and providing feedback on competitive trends and customer preferences to help us stay ahead in the industry.
In addition to business development, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain strong professional relationships with our existing client base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. You will act as the face of the company in the field, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales targets. The position requires a candidate who is deeply familiar with the local wholesale environment and capable of working independently to meet monthly sales objectives.

Key Requirements
Must be based in Dar es Salaam, preferably living near or with easy access to the City Centre.
Male candidate with a minimum education level of a Diploma or higher.
Proven professional experience in clothing sales and the wholesale business sector.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Must possess and be proficient in using a smartphone.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel within the city to visit wholesale markets and clients.
Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales quotas.
Professional appearance and ability to represent the company brand effectively.
