As a Technician, you will be part of a team delivering essential ICT solutions, including networking, enterprise software, and managed digital services, ensuring customers stay connected with high-quality internet and integrated security packages.
The role involves technical field work where you will visit customer premises to identify and solve connectivity issues. You will be responsible for the physical installation of fiber optic cables and must be able to meet strict targets while working under pressure. This position requires a proactive individual who can report detailed feedback and maintain long-term partnerships through excellent customer service. Candidates must be prepared for long field hours and possess a valid driving license to navigate between service locations in the Arusha region.

Key Requirements
Certificate in IT, Marketing, or any related field.
Proven experience in pulling and installing fiber optic cables.
Must be currently based in Arusha or willing to relocate immediately.
Possession of a valid driving license for field visits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
Ability to work long hours in the field environment.
Ability to meet performance targets and work under pressure.
Must be between the ages of 23 and 40 years.
Quick learner with the ability to provide accurate feedback and reports.
Proficiency in identifying and solving technical connectivity issues.
Familiarity with Fiber To The Home (FTTH) technology and equipment.
