MARINE INDUSTRY KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER @ NERITA GROUP
As part of its expansion in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nerita Group is recruiting a Marine Industry Key Account Manager to drive growth in the marine lubricants sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with local shipowners and managers to facilitate the supply of marine engine oils. The manager will apply structured sales approaches, including port coverage planning and opportunity qualification, to expand the company's footprint in KSA. You will be expected to provide expert advice on lubrication strategies, helping customers achieve better procurement efficiency. The role requires a dynamic professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment. Coordination with international supply chain teams is necessary to ensure vessel deliveries are handled with precision across Saudi ports. You will also be responsible for monitoring the sales pipeline and ensuring that all financial transactions follow healthy payment practices. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marine Lubricants Sales (mandatory).
Strong understanding of marine engine oils and vessel operations.
Proven ability in value-based selling and negotiations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, port-driven environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Valid residency or relevant work permit for Saudi Arabia.
Expertise in identifying and onboarding new maritime customers.
Capacity to manage operational coordination for global ports.
Strong analytical skills for monitoring sales performance.
Experience in technical discussions regarding lubricant consumption.
