FUNDRAISING AND COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER @ NEEMA GODWIN
The Fundraising and Communications Manager will lead fundraising and resource mobilization initiatives, with a particular focus on identifying and securing funding opportunities within Tanzania while strengthening relationships with donors and partners. The role combines fundraising, strategic communications, partnership development, proposal writing, and donor engagement to support the organization's long-term sustainability. The professional will be based in Arusha but will be expected to travel to the Mara Region to oversee field activities and donor engagement efforts.

Key responsibilities include planning fundraising campaigns, managing high-quality proposal submissions, and building the capacity of internal teams. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
5–7 years of relevant professional experience in nonprofit organizations
Proven experience in grant proposal writing and donor reporting
Strong strategic and digital communication skills
Excellent project management and leadership capabilities
Experience in building staff capacity and training in donor compliance
Demonstrated ethical conduct and transparency in resource management
Proficiency in developing and managing organizational budgets
Knowledge of international development and partnership building
Ability to travel extensively between Arusha and the Mara Region
