Key Requirements
Minimum 12 months experience as Chief Cook on similar offshore vessels
Professional Culinary certification or Ship's Cook Certificate
Updated STCW training certificates
HUET with CA-EBS certification
EU National or Ukrainian with UK protection status
Valid UK Frontier Worker Permit (FWP)
Expertise in international cuisine and dietary requirements
Knowledge of HACCP and galley safety protocols
Physically fit for offshore rotation work
Valid maritime medical certificate
