Key Requirements
Extensive experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates.
Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
Expertise in menu development and modern culinary innovation.
Proficiency in food cost management and inventory control procedures.
Comprehensive knowledge of international food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior culinary staff.
Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
A creative approach to plating and artistic food presentation.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with management.
