Key Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Customer service orientation
Proficiency in CRM software (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Knowledge of the local market in Dar es Salaam
Resilience and ability to handle rejection
