The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s diagnostic products and services to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and able to build strong professional relationships within the medical community to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include achieving assigned sales targets, conducting product presentations, and providing detailed information to doctors, lab scientists, and pharmacists. The role requires monitoring market trends and competitor activities while ensuring proper product visibility and distribution across assigned territories. Candidates will also be expected to prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management. Key Requirements
B.Sc or HND in any Biological Science discipline such as Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biology.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with medical professionals.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities to maintain a client network.
Self-motivated and target-driven personality with a track record of meeting goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required by the business.
Proficiency in conducting professional product presentations and demonstrations.

Experience in sales reporting and providing strategic feedback to management.
