Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or related field.
5–10 years of experience in coffee and/or agro commodity trading.
Strong knowledge of the Tanzanian agricultural market.
Proven experience in sales, sourcing, export operations, or commodity logistics.
Established network within the coffee/agro commodity sector (preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Fluent in English is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
In-depth understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
