MsandoHR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Operations Lead to join an innovative team within the agricultural industry. This role is critical for driving the growth of coffee and agro-commodity trading operations in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading sales strategies, managing sourcing activities, and overseeing complex export logistics to ensure seamless business operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently to identify new market opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key industry players.

As the Sales & Operations Lead, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Tanzanian agricultural market to navigate the challenges of commodity trading. You will be tasked with building and maintaining an extensive network within the coffee sector and utilizing your strong negotiation skills to achieve business objectives. The role offers a dynamic work environment where you can significantly impact the company's success through strategic planning and operational excellence. The salary for this position is negotiable based on the candidate's level of experience and professional background.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or related field. 5–10 years of experience in coffee and/or agro commodity trading. Strong knowledge of the Tanzanian agricultural market. Proven experience in sales, sourcing, export operations, or commodity logistics. Established network within the coffee/agro commodity sector (preferred). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive business growth. Fluent in English is a strong advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting. In-depth understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
