The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, employee record maintenance, and assisting with payroll administration. The Junior HR Officer will work closely with management to ensure compliance with Tanzanian labor laws and contribute to the development of company culture and policies. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, B.A or related field.
Minimum of 1-year HR experience.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently.
Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.
Experience in maintaining employee records and databases.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Good interpersonal skills for resolving employee queries.
