Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in HR
In-depth knowledge of Tanzania labor laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
Strong interpersonal skills to build employee relationships
Capability to handle conflict resolution effectively
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
