Morsan HR is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead revenue growth in the electronic security and safety systems sector in Nairobi. This high-impact role is designed for a professional who excels in B2B solution selling and can effectively translate complex client needs into tailored security solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence and driving strategic client relationships across the region. The salary for this position is KES 80,000 – 120,000.
Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting technical site visits, and delivering compelling product demonstrations for systems such as CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarms. You will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring high commercial outcomes and accurate pipeline forecasting. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales specifically within the electronic security systems industry.
Comprehensive knowledge of CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
Experience with Parking Management Solutions and technical product demonstrations.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting systems.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and passport for travel purposes.
Willingness to conduct site visits and travel across regional markets as required.
Familiarity with the Kenya and Tanzania markets; Pan-African exposure is highly desirable.
