PRESALES EXECUTIVE @ MORSAN HR
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Executive to support the sales lifecycle through proposal development, tender management, and client engagement. This role blends technical presales support with revenue contribution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys translating client needs into winning solutions while actively supporting deal closure and business growth. The candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, technical proposals, and commercial quotations, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and tailored to specific client requirements.
Beyond proposal creation, the Presales Executive will manage end-to-end bid processes including RFIs, RFPs, and tenders. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, contribute to revenue targets, and participate in client presentations or product demonstrations. By conducting market research on industry trends and competitor positioning, you will help identify new business opportunities. This role offers a blend of technical, commercial, and strategic exposure with a clear pathway into senior Sales or Solution Consulting positions. Salary: KES 50,000 – 60,000.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in presales or sales (tech/software industry preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
Proven experience in tender management and bid preparation
Ability to analyze technical specifications and develop detailed proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel
