Mogas Tanzania Limited is a leading Oil Marketing Company (OMC) committed to delivering high-quality petroleum and lubricant solutions across Tanzania. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven professional to join our team as Head of Sales Manager – Mogas Lubricants to oversee our national sales operations and drive business growth.
As the Head of Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies, managing a diverse sales force, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts and distributors. This role requires extensive travel across Tanzania to ensure consistent performance and operational excellence, ensuring that our lubricant business achieves its market penetration goals while maintaining high service standards.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum of five years of proven experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC), preferably in lubricants sales.
Proven experience in leading and managing a geographically dispersed sales team.
Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving business targets.
Strong customer relationship management and high-level negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional sales reporting tools.
Ability to travel extensively across all regions of Tanzania.
Age between 35 and 45 years.
High level of integrity, professional conduct, and accountability.
