Mnada Spesho Auction Mart is a dynamic online auction startup specializing in electronic appliances and auction services. As a Campus Sales Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our growth, driving sales within the student community and managing a high-performance team of brand ambassadors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base while providing mentorship and training to optimize team efficiency. The role requires a strategic thinker who can execute detailed sales plans, conduct market research, and manage marketing campaigns to attract new users. Based at our headquarters in Tanzania, the position involves frequent travel to coordinate on-ground sales activities. Success in this role is measured by your ability to exceed monthly targets and adapt proactively to market trends in the competitive electronics sector. Salary is performance-based and commission-driven.
Key Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
Strong understanding of sales processes and team management.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent motivational and interpersonal abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
Proven capability in mentoring and supervising off-site website ambassadors.
Strong analytical skills for preparing sales performance reports.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to expand the client base.
Willingness to travel frequently for sales activities and campaign execution.
