PROJECT OFFICER (GIRLS’ PROGRAMS) @ MISSION RELIEF AFRICA
Mission Relief Africa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Project Officer to lead our Girls’ Programs in Kenya. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to empower young girls through education, wellbeing initiatives, and community support. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, International Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the NGO sector.
Strong understanding of gender-based issues and girls' empowerment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with local communities and stakeholders.
Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and reporting frameworks.
Ability to design and implement educational workshops tailored for young girls.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
Demonstrated experience in fundraising or grant writing for community programs.
High level of integrity and commitment to the mission and values of Mission Relief Africa.
