COUNTRY MANAGER – SALES @ MISOGI PARTNERS
MISOGI Partners is collaborating with a leading Indian manufacturer of two and three-wheelers to recruit a Country Manager for their Sales operations in Tanzania. This strategic role is central to driving the brand's presence in the motorcycles, scooters, and mobility solutions market. The primary focus will be on achieving retail, collections, and shipment targets while identifying opportunities for growth and network expansion across the country.
The successful candidate will own the entire sales lifecycle, from distributor network enhancement to market activation and sales training. Responsibilities include analyzing competitor trends and pricing to optimize market share and ensuring high customer satisfaction through NPS insights. This position requires a proactive leader who can implement structured sales processes and lead the business toward achieving its long-term objectives in the East African region.

Key Requirements
5–12 years of professional experience in Sales, preferably within the Automotive, Two-Wheeler, or Commercial Vehicles sector.
Mandatory experience working within the African market with a proven track record.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and scaling distributor-led business models.
Strong command of retail operations, financial collections, and shipment planning against monthly targets.
Hands-on experience with network expansion, gap mapping, and the rollout of structured sales processes.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) is mandatory for this position.
An MBA or equivalent advanced management degree is highly preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in market research, including competitor analysis and pricing strategy development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively lead product launches and sales training sessions.
