In this role, you will be instrumental in building Kenya's leading Solar PV training school, acting as both a Program Builder and a vital Industry Connector. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the Solar PV department, managing resources and ensuring the highest standards of safety and technical proficiency. You will leverage your hands-on experience in solar technology to mentor instructors and students alike.
