The responsibilities include conducting site inspections, client visits, and regular sales calls to promote the hotel's facilities, including rooms and banquet services. You will work closely with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends will be crucial for developing effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Candidates should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to maintain accurate sales records in the system.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or the broader hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of corporate, travel, and leisure market segments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a self-motivated personality.
Solid understanding of hotel operations and revenue generation processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly competitive work environment.
Prior hospitality experience within the UAE (highly advantageous).
Proficiency in preparing formal proposals, contracts, and business lead follow-ups.
Demonstrated ability to conduct professional site inspections and client visits.
