MILEO The Palm is looking for an energetic Sales Executive specializing in the Leisure segment to drive bookings and increase market share. You will be responsible for building relationships with key leisure partners, conducting site inspections, and representing the hotel at various industry events. Your focus will be on promoting our unique lifestyle experiences to international and domestic travelers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, or Hospitality.
Previous sales experience specifically in the leisure segment.
Strong network of travel agents and tour operators.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in market research and competitor analysis.
High level of creativity in developing sales packages and promotions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel for sales calls and trade shows.
Target-oriented with a proven history of meeting sales quotas.
Familiarity with the luxury hospitality landscape in Dubai.
