MICROFINANCE & INDIVIDUAL LENDING OFFICERS @ MICROFINANCE INSTITUTION
We are seeking dedicated Microfinance & Individual Lending Officers to drive our client acquisition and loan portfolio growth. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end loan process, from identifying potential clients and conducting thorough credit assessments to ensuring all documentation meets institutional standards.
The position requires diligent monitoring of client performance and a proactive approach to ensuring timely repayments. You will play a vital role in expanding our financial services reach, requiring a mix of strong interpersonal skills for client relationship management and analytical skills for assessing creditworthiness within the microfinance sector.

Key Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
Proven experience in microfinance or individual lending
Strong analytical and credit assessment skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in loan documentation and processing
Ability to achieve sales and portfolio growth targets
Good understanding of microfinance regulatory frameworks
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
