HR SPECIALIST @ METRE‑GAUGE RAILWAY (MGR)
The Metre‑Gauge Railway (MGR) rehabilitation project in the Tabora region is currently seeking an HR Specialist. This role is responsible for overseeing human resources functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws for the Kaliua‑Tabora section project.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience in HR management
Understanding of Tanzanian labor laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal communication abilities
Proficiency in HR software systems
Ability to manage employee records accurately
Experience in high-volume recruitment
Conflict resolution and mediation skills
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
