Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a human resources role.
High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and Word.
Proven knowledge and practical experience in payroll administration.
Ability to coordinate and document formal disciplinary meetings.
Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in drafting official employment contracts and recruitment documents.
Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and selection processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
