Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd (MATCC) is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive business growth at our Arusha headquarters. This role involves developing high-level business strategies to achieve financial targets, negotiating complex deals, and managing essential contracts and budgets. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends to identify new growth opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders to ensure the company remains competitive in the agricultural sector. As a key leader, you will oversee pricing strategies and provide insights that shape the company's future direction. This position requires a self-driven individual capable of bridging the gap between business development and operational execution. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that MATCC's expansion strategy is implemented effectively, contributing to the overall success of our seed distribution and agrochemical supply operations in Tanzania.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial or business development roles.
