Meridianbet Tanzania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our retail operations across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading retail teams to achieve key performance indicators. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management.
Proven track record of managing large-scale retail networks or multi-site operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense management for retail outlets.
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to mentor and develop staff.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
Deep understanding of local regulatory requirements regarding betting and gaming operations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to travel as required to inspect and optimize various retail branches.
