MEND East Africa Ltd is seeking an experienced Microfinance Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our client's lending and branch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving portfolio growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in microfinance operations
Proven leadership skills in branch management
Expertise in credit portfolio management
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial software and reporting systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive business growth and customer acquisition
Background in financial operations and strategy
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
