LOAN OFFICER @ MEND EAST AFRICA LTD
MEND East Africa Ltd is looking for a results-driven Loan Officer to expand our client's loan portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, origination of quality loans, and diligent credit assessment, ensuring that all lending activities meet established credit and regulatory standards.
The role involves active engagement with potential borrowers, careful evaluation of credit applications, and professional management of loan collections. Successful candidates will have a strong sales orientation and the ability to maintain a healthy loan portfolio while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Requirements
2-3 years of experience in lending, sales, or business development
Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills
Ability to perform accurate credit assessments
Experience in managing loan portfolios and collections
Knowledge of microfinance lending products
High level of integrity and professional conduct
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting goals
Willingness to travel to client sites within the region
Minimum diploma or degree in a business-related field
