Mega Beverages Limited is seeking two dynamic Trade Marketers to join our winning team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving in-market execution, channel development, and promotional activities to strengthen our brand presence. You will act as a critical link between the Sales and Marketing departments, distributors, and customers, ensuring that our products remain visible and accessible across all trade channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can implement trade marketing calendars and commercial plans effectively.

Your core responsibilities will include implementing merchandising and visibility initiatives across assigned territories, managing POSM branding, and overseeing inventory planning. You will regularly conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and ensure our brand dominance in key outlets. Additionally, you will work closely with sales teams and distributors to drive commercial execution and optimize shipment planning. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals in the FMCG sector to lead brand activation and market share growth.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Commerce or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or trade marketing roles. Extensive experience in commercial sales roles and brand management. Strong expertise in brand activation and marketing execution strategies. High proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools and software. Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to manage people and partners. Proficiency in managing export orders, demand forecasting, and inventory planning. Ability to conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities and brand presence. Deep understanding of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and merchandising standards.
