MEDICAL DOCTOR @ MEDEWELL HOSPITAL
Medewell Hospital is seeking a qualified and dynamic Medical Doctor to join our medical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine consultations, managing outpatient clinics, and performing ward rounds to ensure high-quality patient care. You will be expected to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions from presentation to resolution, handle emergency care, stabilization, and critical care triage, and perform minor surgical procedures. Furthermore, you will order diagnostic tests and ensure precise, timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record systems, all while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and confidentiality.

Key Requirements
MBBS / MD or equivalent from a recognized university.
Active, unrestricted Medical Council of Tanzania (MCT) license.
2–4 years of clinical practice in a hospital setting.
Completion of medical internship.
Proficiency with modern EMR systems.
Strong clinical diagnostic skills.
Ability to perform minor surgical procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
Resilience and ability to handle high-pressure emergency situations.
