Key Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or office assistant
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili
Friendly, presentable, and customer-service oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of real estate operations is an added advantage
Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Studies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling records
