Mawibho Beverages S & D Co. Ltd is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Storekeeper Manager to join our operations in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This position focuses on the meticulous management of warehouse activities, inventory control systems, and store personnel to ensure that product integrity is maintained from receipt to dispatch. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing storage solutions, preventing inventory shrinkage, and enforcing rigorous stock control procedures within the facility. The role demands an individual who is highly organized and capable of managing large volumes of inventory in a high-turnover environment. As the Storekeeper Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency. You will play a vital role in ensuring that the warehouse remains a structured and productive hub, contributing directly to the overall success of our distribution operations.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Procurement, or Warehouse Management
2+ years of practical experience in warehouse/store management
Proficiency in MS Excel and stock control software
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven integrity, accountability, and reliability
Ability to enforce company inventory control procedures
Experience in preventing stock loss and damage
Knowledge of proper storage conditions for beverages
Strong organizational skills for space optimization
