The Digital Growth & Market Development Officer will play a pivotal role in driving the digital presence and international market expansion of an export-focused agribusiness. This position is central to enhancing the company's global footprint through strategic lead generation, targeted digital marketing campaigns, and market development initiatives tailored for international buyers. The successful candidate will be based in Ruiru, Kenya, and will work closely with the management team to align digital strategies with overall business growth objectives.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth and lead generation.
Strong understanding of international market dynamics and export-oriented business models.
Experience in content creation, including blog posts, newsletters, and website copy.
Proficiency in managing website CMS platforms and basic knowledge of web optimization.
