PROGRAMS LEAD @ MATONYOK CHILDREN HOME
The Programs Lead will spearhead the development and execution of various initiatives at Matonyok Children Home. This includes coordinating educational activities, welfare programs, and community outreach efforts to ensure that the children receive the best possible support. You will be responsible for ensuring that all programs align with the organization's core mission to support vulnerable children and provide them with a sustainable path toward a better future.
As a leader, you will manage a team of volunteers and staff to achieve set objectives and report on progress directly to the management and stakeholders. This role requires a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to social impact and community development. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
Experience in program design, implementation, and performance evaluation.
Strong leadership skills and experience in team management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Experience working with children or within educational settings is a plus.
Ability to write high-quality reports, project updates, and proposals.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in rural work settings.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Swahili is highly preferred.
