Matlucky Company Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will serve as a primary contact for technical sales inquiries, bridging the gap between our technology solutions and our clients' business needs. In this role, you will be expected to conduct market research, generate leads, and present our IT products and services to potential customers. You must stay updated on the latest technological advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients. The position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success in the competitive IT market.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive or similar sales role within the technology sector.
Strong technical knowledge of IT products, software solutions, and emerging industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client engagement.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value sales deals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing sales pipelines.
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to deliver professional presentations and conduct product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and address technical client needs.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Dar es Salaam for client meetings.
