A leading Digital Credit Provider (DCP) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the Nairobi region. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance, business growth, and sustainability while providing strategic leadership, strengthening credit quality, and fostering high-performing teams. You will be responsible for supervising Branch Managers, providing strategic direction for business acquisition, and ensuring regional performance aligns with annual business plans. The Regional Manager will also track portfolio performance across branches, including PAR levels, repayment trends, and risk indicators. Key responsibilities include implementing corrective measures to improve portfolio quality, enforcing internal credit processes, and ensuring full adherence to CBK/DCP regulatory requirements. You will lead periodic branch audits, risk checks, and operational spot inspections while fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement among staff members across the network.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma/Certificate in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
Strong leadership and people management skills.

Business development acumen and customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
High integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making capability.
Proven experience in managing multi-branch networks within the financial sector.
Expertise in maintaining loan portfolio quality with PAR below 5%.
In-depth knowledge of CBK and Digital Credit Provider (DCP) regulatory standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead audits and implement risk mitigation strategies.
