B2B SALES MANAGER @ MAJESTAY TOURISM
MajeStay Tourism is seeking a dedicated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to join our dynamic Destination Management Company in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading B2B sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence within the competitive tourism and travel market. Key Requirements
4–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving growth.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Expertise in negotiation and the ability to close high-value corporate deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant plus.
Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven sales strategies.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and leads simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
Deep understanding of the Dubai and UAE tourism and hospitality landscape.
Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
