SALES MANAGER @ LUMAC
Lumac is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department and spearhead our growth strategies. You will be responsible for setting ambitious sales targets, monitoring team performance, and providing the necessary coaching to ensure our sales professionals reach their full potential. Your role involves a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on leadership, where you will manage key accounts and oversee the entire sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align our sales efforts with broader company objectives. By analyzing market trends and internal sales data, you will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that drive revenue and improve customer retention across the Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of professional sales experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Advanced analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
Ability to set, monitor, and achieve departmental sales targets.
Experience in coaching and evaluating the performance of sales teams.
Proficiency in managing high-value client relationships.
Expertise in maintaining and reporting on sales pipelines.
Strong coordination skills to work across marketing and operations departments.
