As a Liability Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring that our liability targets are consistently met. This role requires a proactive professional capable of executing sales initiatives and managing a diverse portfolio of customers while adhering to strict regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Commerce.
3-5 years of experience in deposit mobilization or sales within the financial services sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding deposit mobilization targets.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, specifically liability and deposit accounts.
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance standards in banking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare detailed portfolio performance reports.
Strategic thinking and business development acumen.
