LIABILITY OFFICER @ LOLC MICROFINANCE BANK
LOLC Microfinance Bank is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Liability Officer to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. As a Liability Officer, you will play a critical role in our expansion strategy by actively mobilizing deposits and managing key client relationships. You will be responsible for executing innovative sales initiatives, identifying untapped business opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships to drive institutional deposit growth. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Commerce.
3-5 years of experience in deposit mobilization or related financial services roles.
Proven track record of achieving sales or deposit mobilization targets.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, specifically liability and savings instruments.
Strong understanding of KYC and AML regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Ability to prepare accurate portfolio performance reports.
Strong analytical skills for identifying market and business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
