As an Account Manager, you will serve as the dedicated link between our clients and our logistics services. Possible work locations for this role include Chicago, Omaha, Phoenix, and Kennewick. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day communications, providing status updates, and conducting regular business reviews with clients. Key Requirements
Previous experience in client relations or account management
Strong project management and coordination skills
Ability to perform data analysis for performance reporting
Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
