listavn is currently seeking two experienced and passionate Lodge Managers to oversee the operations of our luxury safari lodges located in remote areas of Tanzania. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our brand, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and memorable safari experience. You will manage daily lodge activities, lead staff teams, and ensure all operational procedures are executed with precision.

Proven luxury lodge management experience
Experience working in remote locations
Strong guest-relations and team-management skills
Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
Previous African safari-lodge experience preferred
Proficiency in staff scheduling and training
Ability to manage lodge budgets and inventory
Strong problem-solving skills in isolated environments
Excellent verbal and written communication
