SALES MANAGER – TRUCKS @ LIPHIMAR HUMAN CAPITAL LIMITED
Liphimar Human Capital Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for Trucks on behalf of a leading European automotive company. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the commercial engine of the truck division, focusing on revenue growth and market dominance. Key responsibilities include setting and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets, opening new accounts, and expanding fleet deals to increase market share. You will act as the face of the brand in the market, managing relationships with major transporters, logistics firms, and corporate buyers. This position is based in Kenya, covering both Nairobi and Mombasa as primary work locations. The role demands a hunter mentality rather than a traditional account manager approach. You will build, coach, and drive a high-performance sales team while maintaining rigorous CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of the heavy commercial vehicle industry and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience specifically selling trucks or heavy commercial vehicles.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Extensive existing network of fleet owners, transporters, and logistics companies.
Established relationships with financing partners and banking institutions.
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
A University Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
A valid driver's license and willingness to be on the road regularly.
Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a high-performance sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software and disciplined sales forecasting.
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and exploit market gaps.
Ability to manage corporate accounts and long-term buyer relationships.
Excellent communication and brand representation abilities.
