Letshego Faidika Bank is currently seeking 50 energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our reach by promoting our financial products and services to potential customers. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring that our banking solutions are accessible to the market. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in various regions across Dar es Salaam, including Kariakoo, Manzese, and Temeke.

Key Requirements
Minimum Form IV Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any field is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior sales experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Must be honest, hardworking, and customer-focused
High integrity and strong work ethic
Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales
Basic knowledge of financial products
Willingness to travel within designated work locations in Dar es Salaam
